How to grow TheraTown.
Every good study session makes the town brighter. Here is how questions, rewards, residents, buildings, companions, and friends all work together.
Create your founder
Make an account with your email address and password, then choose one of six original founder avatars. Other players see only your first name and last initial.
Choose a neighborhood
TheraTown has eight neighborhoods matching the CPCE domains. Pick one to focus, or start the daily mixed expedition for broad practice.
Complete expeditions
Each expedition contains five questions. Choose an answer, read the explanation immediately, and continue. Wrong answers still grow the town a little because reviewing is progress.
Build real mastery
Each domain contains 50 questions—400 across all eight CPCE areas. Mastery is the share of that complete bank you have answered correctly, not just your score on one five-question expedition. Unseen questions are served first, and missed questions remain available for review.
Earn and build
Correct answers earn coins, XP, and more residents. Population milestones unlock parks, libraries, and counseling centers. Pick a design, place it anywhere on your land, and drag buildings to reshape the town.
Complete your collection
New population milestones welcome collectible residents and emotional-support companions. Once unlocked, companions roam your neighborhood map alongside residents.
Build resident storylines
Resident encounters never repeat. When someone returns, the new scenario continues their earlier story as a follow-up. Choose the strongest questions and responses; every choice includes CPCE-focused teaching feedback.
Keep a healthy streak
A study streak records days when you finish an expedition. Daily missions provide small goals, but taking a break never removes buildings, residents, coins, or companions.
Learn with classmates
Add classmates by their account email. Accepted friends can compare weekly XP and, when the shared database is connected, visit one another's towns and join mini challenges.
